Our Shipping Policy

Here at Strictly Scented we charge a flat rate of $9.95 on all orders with standard shipping within Australia which are generally dispatched within two business days from the Adelaide through a mix of Australia Post and Star Track depending the on the specifics of your order.

Below are rough estimates for shipping times:

Standard Shipping – Australia Post

  • Metro Areas (Capital cities): 2–6 business days

  • Regional Areas: 3–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on accessibility

Express Shipping – Australia Post & StarTrack

  • Metro Areas (Capital cities): 1–2 business days

  • Regional Areas: 1 – 5 business days (depends on size of order)

  • Remote Areas: 2–5 business days (delivery can take longer, depending on accessibility and availability)

These times will vary depending on time of year and any unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. After your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number through the email you provided during checkout

Domestic Shipping

Currently we are offering standard international shipping through Australia Post to the following countries:

  • United States, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, United Kingdom (UK), Cambodia, China, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam

Estimated time frames are as follows:

  • New Zealand: 5–6 business days.

  • Asia-Pacific: 9–12 business days.

  • United States / Canada: 10–15 business days.

  • United Kingdom/Europe: 10–16 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days.

These time frames are for major metropolitan areas. For regional or remote destinations, delivery may take longer. Additionally, delays can occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or peak shipping periods.

We also offer international express shipping through a combination of DHL/Fed Ex (depending on your location) to the same countries as above with the following time estimates:

  • New Zealand: 1–3 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 2–5 business days

  • United States / Canada: 3–5 business days

  • United Kingdom/Europe: 4–6 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5–7 business days

As with the above, these are just estimates and the time of year/volume of orders can affect the timeframes.
